She was predeceased by : her parents, Hartwell Brelia and Gertrude Brelia (Denton); her husband Gary L. Howard of Augustine's Church; her daughter Tracey Jane; her great grandchild Reese Isabella; and her siblings, Mary LaBounty, Oliver Soulia, Sheridan Soulia and Peter Brelia.
She is survived by : her daughter Mary Jo Howard Cassidy of Plattsburgh; her grandsons, Daniel Cassidy (Lindsay) of Alta Vista, VA, Nickolas Cassidy (Cole) of New York, NY, Randall LaBombard (Kathy) of Plattsburgh, Brian LaBombard of Tupper Lake and Robert LaBombard of Plattsburgh; her sister Lucille Parsons of Peru; and her sister-in-law JoAnne Brelia of Greensboro, MD. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and her many friends.
Josephine Anne (Brelia) Howard, 83, passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord on Thursday, December 8, 2023, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
