Rougeau (Peru, New York), born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on June 22, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Rougeau and Margaret Rougeau (Cassell); and her brother Morris "Joe" Rougeau.
