He is survived by: his spouse Jean McDonough; his daughters, Jennifer Downs and Mary Kate Downs (Tami); his siblings-in-law, Ruth Downs, Kathleen O'Connor, John Giroux and Michael McDonough (Bonnie); his nieces and nephews, Matthew Downs, James McDonough, Jr., William McDonough, Michael Fisch, David Fisch, Michael McDonough, Jr., Karen Downs, Susan O'Connor, Lisa St. Pierre and Amy Nyhart; and his brothers, Jerome Downs (Janet) and Thomas Downs. He is also survived by numerous cousins and close friends.
