He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Donna Lindsay; his parents, Philip Ransom and Doris Lorraine Lindsay (Blanchard); his daughters, Nicole Lindsay and Denice French (James); his grandchildren, Landon, Terrance, Silas, Reagyn and Jamison; his brothers, Curt Lindsay, Michael Lindsay (Pat) and Steven Lindsay (Kim); his brother-in-law Arnold Provost; and his sisters, Jacqueline Lilly and Phyllis Provost. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home (294 Mannix Rd, Peru, NY 12972). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Dick's honor to the Fitzpatrick Cancer Center or High Peaks Hospice, as an expression of gratitude for the exceptional care they provided.
