We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2025, at the age of 92, Ronald Stanford (Peru, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Moss and Leland Stanford; his stepparents, Morris Moss and Marge Stanford; his daughter-in-law Karen Stanford; and his brother-in-law Glen Bartlett.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Stanford (Blaise); his children, Mark Stanford (Aleta) of Pulaski, NY, Becky Newell (Corky) of Morrisonville, NY, Kim Ryan (Randy) of Port Douglas, NY, Amy Mann (Wayne) of Glens Falls, NY, Stacy Clark (Robert) of Caledonia, NY and Michael Stanford (Kathy) of Keeseville, NY.; his grandchildren, Breanne, Brittany, Brandon Stanford, Melissa Newell (Pete), Jennifer Haley (Tom), Heather Arthur (Joshua), Jason Ryan (Kristen), Brian Mann (Lindsey), Stephen Mann (Diana), Trevor Mann, Zachary Stanford (Kayla) and Justin Stanford (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Hayden, Hallie Haley, Adlee, Paxton, Kenna Arthur, Remi, Ridge, Ranger Ryan, Avery, Quinn and Ella; and his siblings, Gary Stanford (Dolores) of Clinton, NY, Carol Felder (Alan) and Yvonne Bartlett of Redwood, NY.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Ron's name to the Keeseville Volunteer Fire Department and/or the Keeseville VFW Post #1505.
