With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Theodore Kolff Van Oosterwyk (Peru, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 28, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lambertus and Mildred Kolff van (Burkhart); his siblings, Bert, Roy Kolff van Oosterwyk and Elinor Kolff van Oosterwyk; and his daughter Kirsten Dumas.

He is survived by: his wife Ellen Kolff van (Reinhold); his children, Karen Poupore (Paul Poupore), TJ Kolff van Oosterwyk (Brandie Kolff van) and Kiera Conroy (Mike Conroy); his grandchildren, Kiah Poupore (David Devan), Vincent Poupore, Luke Poupore (Sierra Stewart), Elizabeth Dumas (Franc Vliege), Joseph Dumas, Ava Conroy and Mya Conroy; and his great grandchildren, Avayah Lewis and Evelyn Vliege.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Theodore M. Kolff van Oosterwyk may be made to Hospice of the North Country.
