It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Babcock of Petersburgh, New York, who passed away on January 7, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Babcock and Lucy Babcock (Bass); his wife Marie Babcock (Grogan); his daughter-in-law Wendy Babcock; his brother-in-law Douglas VanDerKar; his niece Vicki Hook; and his nephew Christopher Stowell.
He is survived by: his sons, Roy D. Babcock (Wendy) of Hoosick Falls and Guy F. Babcock of Petersburgh; and his sisters, Carol Babcock of Petersburgh and Janet VanDerKar (Douglas) of Hoosick Falls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Meadowlawn Cemetery.
