He is survived by: his pets, Spunky and Dixie; his spouse Billiejo Fowler (Crandall); his son Joshua Fowler; his siblings, Kandy Paddock (late Donald) and Elmer Fowler, Jr. (Tina); his siblings' children, Donald Paddock (Tabitha), Jason, Justin and Christina; his great-niece Hailey Paddock; his father-in-law William Crandall; and his siblings-in-law, Eleanor Crandall (Krista Crandall) and Robert Crandall.
