With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Claudia Jean Weeks of Phelps, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 14, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Vanderlinde and Hazel Jane Wallace; and her stepfather George Carpenter. She is survived by: her daughter Claudette "Sue" Hammond of Clyde; her grandchildren, Brian Leddick of Rochester, Krystle Cahill of Clyde, KaeLoni Cahill and Brandon Guevara of Clifton Springs; her great grandchildren, Azrielle Cahill, Levi Buisch, Braydon and Zavier Guevara; her brother Kenneth Carpenter; and her close friends, Michelle Ramos and Rosemary Potter.
