It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance A. Krouse (Phelps, New York), who passed away on March 30, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, James Tobey and Maxine Tobey; and her sister Pamela Coons. She is survived by : her daughter Brittany Roberts; her sister Kellie Waterstreet; her nephew Rich Waterstreet; and her friends, Marla, Julie, Bonnie, Chrissie, Melissa, Amy and Jackie. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
