She is survived by: her children, Gregory Simmons (Donna) of Clifton Springs and Valerie Forjone (Joe) of Clifton Springs; her grandchildren, Brandon Forjone, Chelsea Simmons and Jason Simmons; her great grandchildren, Gavin Hulbert and Patrick Simmons; her sister Bessie Monachino of Sodus; and her sister-in-law Linda Wood of Newark.
