He is survived by: his parents, Andy Gloska and Carolyn DeSchepper Gloska of Phelps; his sister Mary Boughton of Phelps; his nephew Xavier; his niece Chloe Boughton; his aunt Nancy Godown (Roger); and his caregivers, Ashley, Lonnee and Angela.
