Richard Swarthout Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Swarthout (Phelps, New York), who passed away on July 7, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Swarthout and Esther Shannon Swarthout. He is survived by: his son Richard Swarthout Jr. (Laura); his sisters, Colleen Loree and Shirley Knight of Ocean Isle, NC.; his significant other Sally Milliman; his children, Doreen Osterman (Mark) of Lansing, NY, Michael Milliman (Tammy) and Douglas Milliman (Kristie) of Lansing, NY; his granddaughter Savannah Swarthout; his stepgrandchildren, Madison, Megan and Collin Bowman; and also, Brian Milliman (Elizabeth), Logan Osterman Kyle and Erica Milliman. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers it is requested that donations be made in memory of Richard to Hospice of the Finger Lakes 1130 Corporate Dr, Auburn, NY 13021.
