Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his sister Claudia Seehoffer. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Meredith and Crystal Symonds; his stepchildren, James Robert Quinn II (Carol) and Ediemarie O'Connell; his siblings, Gary Symonds (Beth), Dwight Symonds (Lori), William Symonds (Kelly), David Symonds (Alta) and Claudette Ruthven (Joe); and his brother-in-law Brad Seehoffer. He is also survived by many grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
