With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert E. Rouland Sr. of Phelps, New York, born in Geneva, New York, who passed away on July 16, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Rouland and Rosalyn Bailey Rouland; and his former wife Kathy Crooks. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Rouland of Geneva; his children, John Gronau (Jennifer) of State, Tammy Medrek (Ben) of Hammondsport and Robert Rouland Jr. of Phelps; his stepchildren, Michelle McDonald (Scott) of Oregon and Rob DeLamarter of Henrietta; and his siblings, Vicky Rouse (Ed) of Geneva, Jerry Rouland (Sue) of Phelps, Tim Rouland (Kim) of Phelps and Janet McBride of Phelps. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
It is requested that memorial donations be made in memory of Bob to the Phelps American Legion 1346 Rt. 96 Phelps, NY 14532.
