He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rishel and Venus Zarr Rishel; and his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Kay Rishel of Phelps; his sons, Chris Rishel (Robin) of Phelps and Rodney Rishel (Robin) of Little Orleans; his siblings, Scott Rishel (Margaret) of Glens Falls, NY and Chrissie Richardson (Scott) of Louisville Kentucky; and his stepsister Donna Bruno (Lou) of Boca Raton, FL. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
