She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. LaFave and Doris Duff LaFave; her husband Sam; her brothers, Robert and Vernon LaFave; and her grandson Jon LaClair.
She is survived by: her children, Samuel A. Jr. of Philadelphia, Scott W. of Philadelphia, Steven W. Sampson (Melissa) of Philadelphia and Sandra LaClair (Kip). She is also survived by brother.
