He is survived by: his wife Christine Jordan; his daughters, Heidi (Scott Mitchell), Shelby (Matthew Armes) and Kylie (Justin Dwyer); his siblings, Diana Shepherd, Linda Dufour and Thomas (Amy Jordan); his grandchildren, Garrick Cook (Shayna Farney), Tyler Cook (Kyra Cook), Levi Armes, Peyton Wood and Jackson Dwyer; and his great grandchild Graham Lloyd Cook.
