With sadness, we share the passing of James John O'Neill of Philmont, New York. James John, born on December 13, 1961, passed away on June 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John "Jack" O'Neill; and his granddaughter Ali Jessica O'Neill-Richter. He is survived by: his mother Frances Armbruster O'Neill; his children, Tristan James O'Neill (Grace), Andrew Christopher O'Neill (Melissa), Emily Frances O'Neill (Stefan) and Annabel Rose O'Neill (Samuel Richter); his wife Caroline O'Neill; his grandchildren, Addison, Jackson, Jason, Brooks, Soleil, Riley and Cooper; and his sisters, Maureen Brady (Michael), Elaine Graham (Jeff) and Kathleen McGrath (Brian). He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.

Jim's family is asking in lieu of flowers, donations to Taconic Hills Little League.
