The memory of Paul Robert Decker of Philmont, New York, who passed away on September 21, 2025 at the age of 72, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Shufelt Decker and Bradley Decker of Philmont; his sister Jane Decker; and his wife Susan Decker. He is survived by: his children, Devin Keyser (Alex), Justin Decker and Sara Murphy (Tom); his brother David Decker (Betty); and his grandchildren, Addisyn Keyser, Camdyn Keyser, Lily Laverack, Thomas Murphy and Quinn Murphy.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bates and Anderson Funeral Home (110 Green St, Hudson, NY 12534). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Taconic Hills Youth Basketball League, P.O. Box 519, Philmont, NY 12565.
