Richard leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Richard’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Richard will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose D. Miller (VanValkenburg) and Albert B. Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, David C. Miller Sr. of Hudson and Virginia Speed of Kinderhook. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Kinderhook Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Richard's memory may be made to the Firemen's Home in Hudson, New York.
