Robert Ford Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2025, at the age of 100, Robert Ford (Phoenicia, New York) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Ford to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Simmons and James S. Ford of Ford's Garage; his wife Marilyn Bennett; his daughter Deborah; his brother Sid Ford; and his brother-in-law Floyd Bennett.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Jody Ford) and Wayne (Julie Ford); his son-in-law Richard Park; his grandchildren, Matthew, Harley Park, Jennifer Haaland (Park), Christopher Ford and Marisa Ford; and his great grandchildren, Megan and Sam Haaland.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the E. B. Gormley Funeral Home (87 Main St, Phoenicia, NY 12464). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob's name may be made to Hudson Valley Hospice or to the Phoenicia UMC Food Pantry, 29 Church Street, Phoenicia, New York 12464.
