Donna’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Manchester and Helen Manchester; and her husband Robert C Bowman. She is survived by: her children, Martin Polmanteer (Christine) of Brunswick, Georgia, Randy Polmanteer (Jill Freytag) of Pennellville and Michelle O'Gorman (Bob) of Palm Coast, Florida; and her sister Gail Draper. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (705 N Main St, Syracuse, NY 13212). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the United Methodist Church of Phoenix.
