She is survived by: her husband Richard Welch; and her children, James Laws, Roxanne Seeber (Kevin), Gail Souders (Greg), Ron Welch (Norma), Gerald Welch and Connie Hoyt (Randy). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
