He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Wiggins of Texas; his parents, Harrison Wiggins and Virginia Comstock (Wiggins); his siblings, James Wiggins, Sue McCullagh and Fred Comstock; his brothers-in-law, Bernie Trumble and Don Ripka; and his granddaughter Danielle Register.

He is survived by: his children, Joseph Wiggins of Myrtle Beach, Susanne Cole (Jerry) of Parish, NY, Ellen French (Michael) of Fulton, NY, Karen Wegzyn (Stan) of Fulton, NY, Mark Wiggins (Cheryl) of Hannibal, NY, Robin Churchill (Mark) of Florida and Jennifer Smith; his close friend Cindy Jasper of Syracuse, NY.; and his siblings, Bev Ripka of Altmar, NY, Alice Trumble of Camden, NY, Jennie Dillabough of Parish, NY, John Wiggins (Sharon) of Camden, NY and Tim Wiggins (Mary) of Altmar, NY. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
