He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Welch and Gertrude Welch; his wife Dorothy; and his sisters, Linda Welch and Janet Welch.
He is survived by: his sister Joan Welch of West Monroe, NY; his children, Ronald Welch (Norma) of Kannapolis, NC, Gerald Welch of Phoenix, NY and Connie Hoyt (Randall) of Cato, NY.; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Ryan, Erin, Randy, Cody and Katie. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
