He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Smith and Alice Smith; and his sister Dorothy Burman. He is survived by: his wife Florence; his children, Sharon (Cesar), Glenn (Kathy), Scott and Harold (Christine); and his grandchildren, Stephanie (Chris), Casey, Ryan, Kathleen (Finn), Mari-Ann (JT), Jack, Daniel and Sarah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
