He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Wilson Slater. He is survived by: his father William Slater; his fiancé Shannon Perrone; his son Zach Slater (Rianna Wright); and his granddaughters, Aubri and McKinzli. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Millspaugh Funeral Directors (22 Bank St, Walden, NY 12586). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
