He was predeceased by: his parents, George Koehnken and Jeanette Koehnken; and his sisters, Pat and Ruth. He is survived by: his wife Jeanine of Pine Bush; and his children, Jennifer Campion (Sean) of Aberdeen, NJ, Conor, Jillian Martz (Tim) of Middletown, NY, Dale and Todd.
