He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Middaugh (Cotton); his children, Tom Middaugh, Kim Weaver of Olathe, KS, Charlene Stone (Jay) of Mayflower, AR and Kelly Weckherline of Arlington, TX; his stepchildren, Christine DuVall of Elmira, NY, Mark Roberts (Tammy) of Elmira, NY, Michael Roberts (Katie) of Annapolis, MD, Erin Carpenter (Scott) of Flager Beach, FL, Bernadette Sramek of Elmira, NY and Jennifer O'Brian (Kevin) of Elmira, NY; and his sister Susan Pautz of Elmira, NY.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
