In loving memory of Frederick E. Bixler of Pine City, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who departed this world on May 22, 2026 at the age of 83. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 31st 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Elmira Elks Lodge 300 (300 E Gray St, Elmira, NY 14901). A burial will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (1200 Walnut St, Elmira, NY 14901).
