It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathy O'Brien of Pine Island, New York, born in Suffern, New York, who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henrietta "Tink" Howard-Conklin and Poppy Slap; and her nephew Steven Viscardo. She is survived by: her husband Gerald O'Brien II; her children, Gerald O'Brien III (Samatha) and Erin O'Brien (Gregory); and her pet Buddy. She is also survived by three sisters, one brother, and many adored nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Warwick Valley Humane Society, a cause close to Kathy's heart.
