She was predeceased by: her father Frank Kopzaczynski; her husbands, Raymond Pacos and Richard Koziola Sr.; and her brother Stanley Kopaczynski. She is survived by: her sons, Henry Pacos (Elizabeth), John Pacos, Richard Koziola Jr. (Lois) and Edward Koziola. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
