He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Emerson and Gertrude [Spivak] Emerson; and his sister Francine Emerson. He is survived by: his wife Sandy [Ellman] Emerson; his children, Mark Emerson, Karen Josephson (Scott) and Todd Emerson (Tina); his grandchildren, Jack Josephson, Sam Josephson, Marleigh Emerson, Evan Emerson and Hannah Emerson; and his sister Lois Paul. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
