He was predeceased by: his former wife Jacquelyn Jansen; his son Chad Jansen; his parents, Joseph Jansen and Marie Jansen; and his brothers, Joseph Jansen and David Jansen.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Jansen; his daughter Jaime Welch (Jonathan); his daughter-in-law Lindsey Jansen; his stepsons, Andrew Aruzza (Cortney) and Anthony Aruzza; his grandchildren, Maxwell Jansen, Colleen Welch and Alden Welch; and his brothers, Peter Jansen and Mark Jansen (Sharon). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; colleagues; and countless friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Locust Hill Country Club (2000 Jefferson Rd, Pittsford, NY 14534).
