She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Cox and Palmer D. Ainsworth; her sisters, Linda, Anne and Susan; and her sister-in-law Sue Ann Leone Adaire.
She is survived by: her husband Charles F. Leone (Chuck); her sons, Charles A. Leone (Robin) and Daniel J. Leone (Christie); her grandchildren, Nico, Sam, Larkin and Anna; and her brother John Prescott (Kayda). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
