He was predeceased by: his parents, Dugan Collins and Joanne Collins. He is survived by: his children, Chris (Sarina), Greg (Melissa), Kelly Collins and Courtney Dunn (Billy); the mother of his children Anne; his grandchildren, Lucy, Cole, Charlie, Daisy and Bode; his fiancée Cynthia Goettelman; his grandchildren, Sandra Shannon (Mark), Michael Goettelman (Monica), Henry, William and James; and his siblings, Michael, Bruce and Susan Chapman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
