He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Gilman and Mildred [Shapiro] Gilman; and his brother-in-law Paul Halpern. He is survived by: his wife Carol Gilman; his children, Gary Gilman, Shayna Salisbury (Jed) and Tovah Cochrane; his grandchildren, Joshua Cochrane and Emma Cochrane; and his sister Cindy Halpern. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the White Haven Memorial Park (210 Marsh Rd, Pittsford, NY 14534).
