She was predeceased by : her husband Nicholas Botta. She is survived by : her sons, Nick and Chris; her daughters-in-law, Susan and Catherine; her grandchildren, Matthew (Elizabeth), Nicole, Aidan, Luke (Maryn) and Cole; her great grandchild Rory; her friend MaryLou Goerke; and her brother-in-law Jerry Botta (Ann).

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A prayer was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 7:00 PM. A burial was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St Charles Cemetery (2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11785).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Memorial Sloan Kettering to support cancer research, a cause dear to Jane's heart.
