She is survived by: her mother Sally A. Baker (Clukey); her wife Starr Dubuque; her children, Gary Burch Jr. (Alysha), Amanda Miller (Kyle), Justin Wells (Alexis), Brent Wells (Bianca), Destiny Dubuque (River) and Joseph Wells; and her siblings, Joseph Clukey (Kimberly), John See, Mary See and David See. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (29 Broad St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901).
