He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Simard (Tillapaugh); his parents, Martha Hance Simard and Albert Simard Sr.; and his siblings, Wayne Simard, Lionel Simard and Connie Raymond.
He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Denise Simard (Lori Dandrow); his grandson Tyrese Simard Dandrow; and his siblings, Sandra Calabrese (Carlo) and Larry Ramus (Judy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
