He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton D. Rockhill and Veronica M. Rockhill (Allen); his niece Christine Palmer-Russell; his great-nephew William Palmer; and his pets, Socks, Muggles, Miya and Cuddles.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Hadley; his children, Robyn Lord (Charles) of Constable, Jayelene Warner (Dave) of Brushton, Patty Rockhill of Lakeland Florida and Scott Rockhill (Jaylene) of Plattsburgh; his siblings, Julia Kirche of Zephyrhills, Phyllis Palmer (Wayne) of Moira, Phillip Rockhill of Moira and Craig Rockhill (Karen) of Zephyrhills; and his pets, Snuggles, Puddles, Ruby, Paws and Mittens. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
