She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Giroux and Leah Giroux; her husband Ronald Gilman, Sr.; her children, Ronald Gilman, Jr. and Cathy L. Gilman; and her siblings, Herbert Giroux (Doris), Alfred Giroux (Eleanor), Donald Giroux (Dorothy), James Giroux (Augustine), Robert Giroux (Sandy), Alvin Giroux, Doris Richards and Bernice McTernan (Thomas).
She is survived by: her sisters, Linda House, Helen Ethier (Robert) and Judy Allen (Mike); and her sister-in-law Betty Giroux. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter’s Church (114 Cornelia St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901).
In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Third Age Adult Day Center at SUNY Plattsburgh.
