She is survived by : her husband Michael Hafensteiner; her children, Barbara A. Blake and Wayne Blake Jr.; her grandchildren, Jenny, Shiann, Magan, Jonathan, Wayne and Lucus; her great grandchildren, Parker, Rielly, James and Austin; her brother Lee Smith Jr.; and her goddaughter Nina Strope.
