He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth David and Jo-Ann David (LaFountain); his wife Melissa Bushey of Plattsburgh; his stepchildren, Troy Bushey of Plattsburgh and Brianna Bushey of Plattsburgh; his daughter Abigail David; and his sisters, Katherine Hart (Randy LaBombard) of Plattsburgh and Lisa Goddeau (Joe Goddeau) of West Chazy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
