She is survived by: her children, Noelle Harrell and Erin Harrell; her siblings, Dr. William F. Fitzpatrick (Judy Fitzpatrick) of Placitas, NM and Sheila Fitzpatrick Geoghegan of Boston; and her brother-in-law Richard Harrell.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The ARC Foundation of Clinton Country or to Hospice of the North Country.

She was proper, elegant, charming, witty and down right a true pleasure to be with. Although we did not meet in person often, our phone conversations throughout the years were warm and comfortable. Always filled with laughter and joy. She brought us the gift of Michael, Noele and Erin. For this I thank her and honor her memory.”
