She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Carter; her parents, Henry Clifford Sr. and Mary Clifford (Smith); and her brother Henry Clifford Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Helen Zundel (Clifford); her children, Mark (Amy), Kevin, Travis (Michelle) and Rachel Carter-Gilman; her grandchild Damon Tefft-Carter; her stepgrandchildren, James Supley and Kayla Forkey; and her pet Shaq. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the R. W. Walker Funeral Home (69 Court St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Minor Church (26 Church Rd, Cadyville, NY 12918). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at the St. James Catholic Cemetery.
