She is survived by : her husband John Fountain, Sr.; her daughters, Tammy Heywood (John), Kimberly Fountain, Betty Fountain and Billiejo Fountain; her stepson John Fountain, Jr.; her grandchildren, Summer Heywood (Terry), John Heywood, Jr. (Jessica), Anthony, Zachary Provost, Alan Michael, Shae-Lynn Fountain, Kierstin, Keegan and Chad Hart, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Winter, Oliver Martineau, Skylar, Bella Provost, Logan Fountain, Zayden Martin, Kaiden Williams, Madison Heywood, MacKenzie and Jacksten Provost; her stepgreat-grandsons, Jack and Jayden Savage; and her siblings, Dennis Heidelmark (Sandy), Robert Heidelmark (Paulette), Eileen Blake (Harold), Sally Collins (Ron), Robin Collins (Tom), Jackie Trombley (Scott), Wanda Drake (Fred), David Blake (Gina), Karen Pelc and Donna Trombley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
