David Neilly Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Neilly (Plattsburgh, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 21, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neilly and Ivy Neilly (Yarick); his siblings, Virgina Horn, Diane Mouriki, Robert and Baby Johnny Neilly; and his niece Amy Stewart.
He is survived by: his daughters, Hannah Neilly (Jeffrey Bigelow) and Allison Neilly (Jade Lakers); his grandchildren, Emma, Layla and Camden Jacques; his close friend Sue "Sippin" Neilly; his sisters, Margie Stewart and Mary Neilly; and his siblings' children, Angela Maloney, Wendy Stewart Vanderyt, Lauri Gauthier, Joan Neilly, Stefania Mouriki, Eric Horn and James Stewart.
