He was predeceased by: his father Merritt Linsley; his brother Kevin Linsley; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Linsley and Alan Shipe. He is survived by: his mother Mary Linsley; his siblings, Richard Linsley, Mary Lou Shipe and Denise Matton; his siblings' children, Jesse Matton, Clint Matton (Gabby), Robyn Snyder, Tammy Staley (Mike) and Terri Linsley (Dennis Giddings); and his godson Walter LaPan Jr..
